HI Charles,To answer your question. She is upset because her husband called me and was asking about breeding rights and I said yes, we do sell breeding rights to certain breeders that we connect with and we had a delightful conversation.
Then she called wanting breeding rights on a 4 pound teacup male and I told her, I'm sorry, we don't sell the TEACUPS with breeding rights and she went off on what a liar I am and how I'm unethical and how she knows a lot of people and how she is going to tell them all what a scam I am. I have nothing to hide. It was a misunderstanding. I can see why she thought I have 2 different stories because I told her husband we do consider selling with breeding rights and then I told her no but again, that was my bad for not being clear that we are open to selling breeding rights but just not on the teacup sizes.
Anyway, here is our exact email conversation and nothing was taken out of it or change......imcrazy4terry Feb 23 at 1:27 PMToSpoiled Rotten SchnauzersMessage bodyI see your are a lieier . It's pretty funny you sent my husband a message that you only sell to breeders. And not to backyard breeders I seen you are the bank yard puppy mill I if you really crared about your puppies you wouldn't tell lies. And I'm going to do everything to have you found and the investigated and shut down.
You are the people that are taking advantage of good families trying to get exactly what they want and trying to make good breeders look like bad ones when you're the ones that people are looking for because you're the worst of the worst so I'm going to make sure cuz I've seen your reviews I will do all that I can I know a lot of people thank you you better be watching out from what you do to those baby dogs that don't deserve itSent from my Samsung Galaxy , an AT&T LTE smartphone-------- Original message --------From: Spoiled Rotten SchnauzersDate: 2/20/18 9:14 PM (GMT-06:00)To: Debra LongSubject: Re: Teacup schnauzer puppyHello Debra,Thank you so much for your email. Just so you know, we don't sell our puppies to families we have never spoken to as we also don't like to adopt our puppies into homes we don't know anything about. These fur-babies are our live and we want to make sure we hand select the right home for each puppy. Thank you for your honestly about breeding.
We actually co-own our breeding program with our vet and she does not sell to breeders. She spays and neuters all the puppies before they leave here and has been doing that for over 10 years now. there are a lot of amazing breeders out there that have incredible bloodlines so I'm sure you will have no problem finding one with breeding rights. I do wish you the best and thank you again for contacting us.
Good luck with everything.AnnabellaFrom: Debra LongTo: spoiledrottenschnauzers@***.comSent: Monday, February 19, 2018 4:43 PMSubject: Teacup schnauzer puppyHello my name is Debra I'm trying to get ahold of someone in regards of a teacup puppy Schnauzer. Wow, I am shocked to hear this bad review from you. I wish you would have come to us personally.
You were so nice to our face, I had no idea behind our back you hated on us. I am wondering why you purchase a puppy from us if you felt we were such terrible people. Yes, for about a year we were very difficult to get a hold of but not because we are shady humans it was because we were dealing with a lot of personal crisis's and trauma it was an extremely difficult year for our family. So we were very slow and sporadic to get back to people but we were trying our best due to our difficult situation.
As far as your puppy being larger than expected we corrected this problem. We had purchased some new breeding lines. The parents were only 8-10 pounds with toy size pedigree's so we bred them for the first time during that year. We were so excited because their puppies were beautiful and extremely high quality but later that year we got several families telling us the puppies from those parents ended up being full size miniatures instead of toys.
We were shocked because the pedigree is a heavy toy line so we ended up spaying/neutering the parents so we wouldn't continue selling puppies that would end up larger than expected and went back to using our bloodlines that we know threw smaller. So we weren't trying to trick you, lie to you, deceive you.
We are honest people and I'm sorry you feel we aren't. I'm happy you love the puppy you purchased from us and sorry you feel we are so horrible.
You don’t know who this is, what puppy I am speaking of, and when we adopted him. Therefore, you cannot respond with any accuracy. A perfect example of the underhandedness I experienced with your company.
I don't need to know who you are to respond. If you wanted me to know who you were you would have confronted us directly instead of behind our backs anonymously.
But I can still respond. You said your puppy ended up being 17 pounds. The ONLY time we have ever had families tell us that was with our newer bloodlines. So I have no doubt your puppy came from one of them and like I said, we spayed/neutered those lines so that it wouldn't continue to happen as we were just as shocked as you are.
And the only time we were hard to get a hold of and had sporadic communication was during that year we were going through an extremely difficult time. I just wish you would have shared these concerns with us to our face when you were talking to us over the phone so that we could have addressed them. If you thought we were avoiding your questions, it would have been nice for you to just speak up and say "I feel like you are being evasive and avoiding my questions" because we could have cleared it up right then as it was not our intent to make you feel like all your questions weren't getting answered. Anyways, I know there is nothing I can do or say to change your mind about us because you seem pretty set that we are terrible awful underhanded people and I don't want to get into a bantering war with you.
I still do wish you the best and apologize for any wrong doing you have felt from us.
Again, it was not our intent. Take care.
If you can hardly be bothered to return inquiries when someone is trying to give you thousands of dollars, there is really no hope of communication beyond the point of sale. As another reviewer mentioned, your contract is written in such a way as to prevent reparations. My suggestion to buyers is to follow your instincts.
